The Committee advises the Association on increasing minority membership by working closely with the Recruitment Committee, the AALL Executive Board liaison to the Committee, and with the Placement Chair.
The Committee also is charged with keeping the membership aware of the focus and efforts of the Committee through articles in the AALL Spectrum.
